Since Mom gave me a crockpot to bring down to Provo, I decided I needed to use it. :) So, when Sean took Jennifer to Walmart, she picked up some chicken (which is extremely expensive at the Creamary). Its taken me a week or two, but I finally made a big meal on Sunday. I'm going to post the pictures I took (yes, I took pictures). I want your guesses about what I made.
I think I SHOULD be able to guess this one. It looks like bacon-wrapped chicken, alfredo and pasta. Then a REALLY yummy looking salad and then potatoes?? I made a similar alfredo dinner last night, too! By the WAY, I've got another bunch of recipes to send to you. The ones I FORGOT I didn't type up. They've been DONE for a few weeks, I just keep forgetting to email them to you! Expect them soon!
ReplyDeleteMMMMmmmm......that looks SO good! Maybe I'll make this tonight. It looks like chicken alfredo with oven roasted potatoes, and a pepper/celery/carrot salad with parmesan cheese.

You're right, Kristi! The Alfredo sauce had a really strong Parmesan taste because I only had half the amount of half 'n half, so I halved all the other ingredients except the cheese. oops. It still tasted good though.
